Hi NP students who are going through the IAC module! Since you and I have an interest in leadership and public speaking, I thought I would create a blog to help you develop in these two areas. Belt up, and here we go! :-) Oops! Before we take off, a warning: IF YOU HAVE LIMITED TIME, SPEND THAT IN MeL & COMPLETE YOUR ASSIGNMENTS! No quarter will be given to students who say they have no time because they spend time visiting my blog!
I last wrote about a Spies R Us group that had a powerpoint presentation while the presenter was speaking.

The object that describes me is a coin, with a picture of a RAVEN on one side and the word RAINMAKER inscribed on the other. The RAVENs were a group of artillery fire controllers who flew single engine planes in Laos and Vietnam (see picture). The purpose was to tempt the enemy into firing at them to give away their locations. Then these fire controllers would radio the coordinates and call for artillery fire on the enemy hiding in the dense jungles. The RAVENs describe me because I like to take risks and like adventure, doing things which people say cannot be done. The word RAINMAKER is used to described a person who adds value to an organization or group because of his knowledge, skills, experience, etc. I see myself as one who contributes to a group, and I hope to make a difference in your lives this semester, as much as I look forward to you adding something to my life!

does it mean we have to talk for a full 10mins? what if we are using a video presentation?
You will have to incorporate that within the allocated time. However, I don't think you have time for that! :-(
